Unauthorized transactions

Calls are not connecting through
Still not solve the problem, the call connectivity has been consistently poor.and I am unable to maintain a proper line during important calls.Additionally , the customer service experience has been frustrating with delays and lack of proper support to resolve the issue.
Customer service is horrible...I can't believe it... Line or not connecting through... very bad service

Cancel my subscription, as I never subscribed to Rebtel. I am being charged 7.99 many times from my checkbook and I know nothing about Rebtel.
I don't want to continue this.

Verified ReviewerAccount restriction for undisclosed reasons. Scam company
They were not able to resolve the issue and I proceeded to terminate my account with them.
Also I sent various diagnostic recording videos of the problem that I had, unable to login into app, as verification failed. After several emails and more than two weeks, they said, that they restriction applied to my account will not be lifted. Wasting my time, money and efforts. They engaged in deception as under the disguise of working to resolve the issue.
They company has terrible customer service.
Avoid this. For those looking at atlernatives, YollaCall is the one I recommended, they have better call prices also.
- Block access to your account with your money still in it
- Selling your personal ids for ilicit purposes
- Poor service
Preferred solution: I was looking forward to them to restore access to my account. But due to their pathetic customer support, I will close the account.
