I dont need the service anymore thanks because my brother in Dominican Republic is not getting the service anymore and they charging me for it

The subscription was trying to take money twice. I think you need to improve a little bit on the unlimited part

The service is good.

I mistakenly subscribed monthly and they deducted money from me three times and I didn't use it. So if they can refund the money back for me.

Mi contacto en Cuba no ha recibido la recarga, le comentan que Rebtel no tiene convenio con cuba pero yo ya verifiqué y la recarga esta cobrada.

I started to use Rebtel on the 9/10/25. Then I top up with amount of £4.00 and this amount was taken from my account but not received in my Rebtel number.

I buying £5 phone call on the line l haven't received anything and I don't know how can I make phone calls

I recently changed my phone, so I tried to connect my rebtel account on my new phone it says "start" and then when I put my phone number it says "error" so I tried again but on the website, they ask me my phone number and pin, it says that my pin is not correct and when they try sending à code I don't receive anything.

On 7/30/25 $12,99 and $7.99 were taken out of my bank and 7/31/25 $8.49 and $.08 were taken out without authorization. The tech said I would have to talk with Justanswer.

I am getting run around. I am reporting
