NO Customer Service! Can't Cancel!
I signed up to try this company for international calls, after one month trial was over, where I did NOT make any calls, they continue to take money out of my account every month, When I saw this I tried to cancel and there is NO way they allow me to cancel, because they say they don't recognize my email, although they respond to my emails. There is NO person to talk to and NO way they allow you to cancel!! Stay away from this company!!!

Resolved: Only Encounter With Rebtel's Support & I don't Want To Go Through That Again.
They tried to fix one account. But in the end I just crewated new accounts for the new numbers I had.
I lost a couple of USD but it was not worth chasing them.
USe this site to find their contact details and ping them directly. Their web site did not reveal contact info.
My wife's account was in the same state, but then I realised I could simply register anew with my wife's number. This stranded about USD 2, which I can live with.
So we're "back in business".
The timing was quite bad, as I was hit by a cascading set of dependencies just before I went abroad for two weeks. The country I visited can coerce you to give up your phone without what I would call due process, so I deleted a lot of stuff. I should have got a second phone.
Lesson learned.
Before leaving I deleted the password manager on my 6yo phone.
I tested reinstallation and found Android 11 is too old for the Google Play Store version. Urk!

Cancel service and Refund money
I just downloaded the apps for testing and never used them, but they charged me $12. I am not happy with the service, so cancel the service and refund my $12.

Incomplete Balance Sent Through Top Up

I am reaching out to request assistance regarding a transaction I made. I sent $10.49 to the number +93 0745****22 (AF 575) in Afghanistan on December 8, 2025, at 11:14 AM. Unfortunately, it was received at AF 546 instead of AF 575.

Top up was of £4.00 but not received yet.This money was taken from my account on the 9/10/25. Still not received
I started to use Rebtel on the 9/10/25. Then I top up with amount of £4.00 and this amount was taken from my account but not received in my Rebtel number.
