My issue hasn’t been solved.
- - One £5 transaction was unsuccessful; no top-up credit received.
- - Refund £5 or add top-up credit; receipt attached; issue unresolved.
I have tried countless times to explain to your support team that I made 3 transactions but the first ONE wasnt unsuccessful before making two more successful ones but they are not listening.
They keep talking about the 2 successful transactions, I am talking about the ONE unsuccessful transaction which £5 was taken out of my account but I did not received my top up credit.
Now, you can either refund my £5 or add a top up credit to my Rebtel account.
I have been a valuable customer and I am so disappointed that this issue is taking so long to be resolved.
I have attached the receipt of the ONE unsuccessful transaction.
I really hope you understand and get this sorted as soon as possible.

I am trying to top up too. For overseas, the payment failed 7 times and I repeated many times the same thing.
I called my bank, they are checking security.
The answer is your account is safe, no issue, and they are telling me to contact Rebtel because they blocked me from Rebtel. The bank told me the people blocked you from Rebtel; that is the reason I am trying to ask why they blocked my account.
