So, I have been client of Rebtel services and out of nowhere, they applied restriction to my account. I inquired from their customer services, they informed me that they need verification, took my passport, ID, phone bill and address verification.
Also I sent various diagnostic recording videos of the problem that I had, unable to login into app, as verification failed. After several emails and more than two weeks, they said, that they restriction applied to my account will not be lifted. Wasting my time, money and efforts. They engaged in deception as under the disguise of working to resolve the issue.
They company has terrible customer service.
Avoid this. For those looking at atlernatives, YollaCall is the one I recommended, they have better call prices also.
